For appointment cancellations, we require a 24-hour notice and a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for special events, or a fee of equal to 50% of the service is charged. We do not accept cancellations by email, Instagram or Facebook Messenger.

We accept returns on clothing, accessories, and unopened haircare for 30 days with tags. Gift cards are non-refundable.

We will gladly accept your local check, provided that your full name, address, and phone number are imprinted. There is a $25 fee per returned check. We do not accept starter checks or third-party checks.

We are happy to welcome children ages 10 and older for services in our barbershop. The barbershop is a social atmosphere with lively conversation (and banter!) and we therefore discourage young children accompanying parents for services.

We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, cold or flu.
